Objective: To spread happiness and to understand its relevance in our lives.

Greetings!
Amidst the difficult situations, the DPSG family has thought of a way to bring in a wave of positivity and
resilience amongst all of us, the school has planned fun filled and rejuvenating activities to engage
students gainfully during short break and we hereby welcome you to participate in the upcoming initiative
of Mindful May wherein all our teachers and students can choose to become a part through following
activities:
General Instructions
1) Activities listed below are Individual activity.
2) Students can choose any 3-activity listed below.
3) Create a folder in your laptop / desktop and save all your activity files with proper naming
conventions.
4) Date of Submission – 23rd May 2021. (Link will be provided on 23rd May 2021 to upload your folder)
5) Content should be age appropriate and No objectional vocabulary used anywhere.

1. Sing for Solace

Students to record a 1-
minute video on any
motivational song of their
choice - get creative in
your presentation.

2. Dance to De-stress

Let your moves set you free

to the tunes of songs/beats
that help you stay upbeat
and happy!
3. Paint for Pleasure

Let the brushes make their stroke and

let the colors flow; To tell humanity
that we all stand together until the
hard times go. Express your ideas of
resilience through any medium of art

4. Meditate for Mysticism

Explore inner peace through

power of meditation and yoga.
Students to send a picture in
any yogic pose.

5. Emote n Express
Pen down your thoughts (prose, poetry, write
ups etc. using DESYNER app) and they become
reality. OR you may also share videos where you
emote and express - small dramatic mono-acts,
stand-up comedy etc.
Steps for Making your digital design
1. Students have to install the app ‘DESYGNER’ or open it in the browser.

2. Choose a template and design it with some worthy content.
3. The images used should be of appropriate size and clarity.
4. A sample is provided for your reference.
