SUBJECT: School Health and Safety Protocol

DATE: August 3, 2021

1. This is to reiterate, elaborate and ensure health and safety of the learners, teaching and
non-teaching personnel of Pulo Elementary School, Pulo, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.
This office have heightened precautions and emphasize the minimum health standards
to be complied with at all times in school, such as:
a) Wearing of face masks, face shields
b) Maintain physical distancing protocol
c) Regular handwashing and disinfection.
2. Shall maintain a daily log sheet of all the persons entering the school premises, with
contact information, as a proactive measure in aid of possible contact tracing in the
future.
3. Conduct temperature checks using a thermal scanner of all persons upon entrance.
