Sistem, istenilen sayıda ürünün, kurum
içi ve harici; sınırsız sayıda müşteri ve
kullanıcıya cevap verebileceği şekilde
tasarlanmıştır. Süreç yönetimi ile
esasıyla tüm verilerin, bütün iletişim
noktaları (üretici, tedarikçi, lojistik,
tüketici, medya ve iş ortakları)
tarafından kullanılabilir bilgi olarak
paylaşılabilmesi sağlanır.
Kişisel bilgiler
Satıcı, XXX tarafından, gerçek kişi ise
kendisinin, tüzel kişi ise ortaklarının
kişisel niteliklerine göre seçilmiş ve
satıcılık ilişkisi tesis edilmiştir. Satıcı
XXX’e "Serbest Satıcı Başvuru
Formu"nda verdiği bilgileri tam ve
doğru olarak dolduracak, değişiklik
meydana gelmesi halinde keyfiyeti
derhal XXX’e bildirecektir. Satıcı’nın
verdiği bilgilerin doğru olmadığının
anlaşılması halinde XXX Anlaşma’yı
feshetme hakkına sahiptir.
Tarafların ayrılığı
XXX ve Satıcı, münhasıran birbirlerine
satıcılık verme ve alma ilişkisi nedeniyle
işbu Anlaşma'nın tarafları olmuşlardır.
Bu itibarla hiçbir şekilde yekdiğerinin
temsilcisi, şubesi, ortağı, çalışanı veya
işvereni gibi herhangi bir tabilik ve
astlık-üstlük ilişkisi içinde değildirler.
Her biri yekdiğerinden tamamen
müstakil birer işletmedir. Satıcı XXX
adına iş görmeye ve onu temsile yetkili
ve yükümlü değildir.
The system has been designed in such a
way that any number of products can
respond to an unlimited number of
customers and users from both within
and out of the institution. With the
process management, it is mainly
ensured that all data can be shared as
available information by all
communication points (manufacturer,
supplier, logistics, consumer, media and
business partners).
Personal Information
The vendor has been selected by XXX,
according to the personal qualities of
himself/herself if the real person is, and
the legal person according to the
personal characteristics of his/her
partners, and a renvoi relationship has
been established. The Vendor shall fill in
the information asked for in the
"Independent Vendor Application Form"
correctly and in full, and inform XXX
immediately if any change occurs. XXX
has the right to terminate the Agreement
if it is understood that the information
provided by the Vendor is incorrect.
Unconnectedness of the parties
XXX and the Vendor have become
parties to this Agreement, exclusively
due to the relationship of giving and
receiving dealership to and from one
another. In this respect, they are not in
any way affiliated to the other party,
such as a branch, partner, employee or
employer and nor as the superior to one
another. Each party is completely
autonomous to each other. The Vendor is
not authorized and obliged to operate on
behalf of XXX.
