1. Tell me about yourself.

= I’m Chavez, Axl Ross De Guzman, 19 years old, from Brgy. Dalipit West Alitagtag Batangas
and graduated from Alitagtag Senior High School.

2. What do you see as a greatest strength and greatest weakness?

= My greatest strength is also my greatest weakness,those are my family and friends because they
are the one who stands by my side whenever I have a problem, they are the one who raised me up
and cheer me up, they always there whenever I need them, they are the source of my strength and
my hope and without them I’m weak.

3. Tell me about some projects that you have led.

= I’ve led a research group, my group mates are all nice we did a good job in our research and
easily finished it.

4. Tell me a problems that you have solved in a group situation.

= One of our member get sick so he can’t help us for our defense in research so as a leader, I did
his part just to complete our research defense.

5. How would you defined success?

= i define success as achieving a goal, completing a task, or completing what they set out to do.

6. Why should I hire you?

= To be honest, I have all of the talents and experience you're seeking for. Not only will my
previous project experience be useful in this position, but so will my people abilities. However, I
am a self-motivated individual that strives to exceed my superior's expectations through high-
quality work.

7. Why haven’t you received any offer so far?

= It is because I just started interviewing this past week, so it's a little too early to tell.

8. What do professors intend to criticize most about your performance?

= They criticize me for not being a not that very good in class. Because I'm not that good student.

9. Tell me about the best professor ever you had

= All of them are the best, nice and good professors

10. How do you go about making important decision?

= I identify my goal, I gather information for weighing my options, and I consider the
consequences.

11. Tell me about your involvement in community extension work.

= It involves me in organized community service. It is pedagogy of teaching by which we learn

and develop through active participation in organized community service.

12. Do you work well under preasure?

= I work well under duress because I utilize it to motivate me to be more productive. I like
working under duress because I believe it forces me to evolve. In the past, I've always performed
well under pressure and learnt how to operate more efficiently as a result.

13. Do you prefer to work with others or by yourself?

= When I need to work alone, I like it because I don't have to be continually reassured of my job.
But I like to work as a group because I believe we can accomplish a lot more when we all work
together.

14. What kind of student are you?

= My aim is to study hard and achieve good marks so that I can get success in my life and to have
good reputation in the school among the teachers and students.

15. What extra-curricular activities are you involved in?

= I love doing arts

16. What were you most memorable high school experiences? What did you learn from them?

= It’s my graduation because I’ve learned that to achieve my goals I should keep on going and
going.

17. What do you do in your spare time?

= I play some mobile games.

18. Are you a member of your Barangay Organization? What is the nature of the organization?

= I’m not a member of any barangay organization.

19. How do you handle conflict?

= I show them that I'm stay calm and that I try to understand the other person's perspective

20. If you could change something about your work style, what would it be?

= if I could change something about my work style, that is being shy, I’ll try best to become
socialist.
