TITLE: UTILIZING KNOWLEDGE

Usually, my nephew and his playmate are just playing in each other’s terrace. But
today, my older sister allowed my nephew to invite his playmate in our garden so that
they can freely play. During their play my nephew suddenly cried because he
stumbled and his knees were bleeding. As a student nurse, the first thing I did is to put
pressure on top of the wound and after a while I cleaned it. Now he is good to play
again.

Today, I realized that

even simple things matter
in being a student nurse.
Being a good nurse starts
at home, where I can
confidently apply basic
skills before performing it
to other people. Basic
skills are important for me
because this are the
building blocks of the
future I wanted to pursue.
