Project Name Construction Extension of the Bakeshop Production Area

Goals and To work in a comfortable and to pass by a considerable distance
Objectives in the production area to be the team more productive.

The production area of the bakeshop has only the capacity of 14


bread maker but since the company is really doing good in the
industry, the success of it is continuous and the company need
to add more people in the production team to produce more of
their products. While adding people in the team, the space in the
Description area is exceeding its capacity which fail to reach a satisfaction
by the team because of the small space of their work space.
Since the production team reach earlier the project manager, it
was given an action by the manger in a timely manner to
eliminate this problem. It will start on the first week of July and
will finish after a month.

This project was proposed by the project manager in order for


the production team to work in a comfortable and to pass by a
considerable distance in the production area to be the team
Scope more productive. This will affect the whole production area
where the facilities and equipment will be shut down for a month
and the production will resume after finishing the project.

Deliverables:  Production area with a capacity of 25 person


 Well designed and painted production area
 New production area design

Budget The project sponsor estimated ₱ 1,000,000 to spend on


purchasing of materials and a ₱185,000 for the labor.
Project Cost Approximately ₱ 1, 185, 000 will be spent on this project.
The team may encounter some production delay due to tight
space of production area.
The team may run out of control on the demand of the products
Project Risks due to slow production.
The duration time for the construction may adjust and delay
because of the rainy season.

Assumptions and Project must be finished after a month and will start the normal
Constraints production after the construction. It is expected to deliver good
service to both the organization and the customer. The
dedicated team members together with the owner will support
the project manager in this project and will show their effort to
accomplish this.
