APPLICATION
DIRECTION: Answer the following questions cogently but honestly.

1. How would you describe your self?

I can describe myself as a simple person with love and fear of the Lord.

2. What are the influences of family in your development as an individual?

Family is a big thing to me, not only did they influence me, we strengthened our love even more, so I
tried harder to give them a good life and I thanked the lord for taking care of us.

3. Think of a time when you were your “ true self”. What made you think you were truly who you
are during this time of your life?
Maybe I’m always laughing looking at the sky and thinking what would happen to me if it’s true I’m
not myself I think I’m true to myself and I have nothing to fear or think I just think what was done or
what I did in life which I regret.

4. Following the question above, can you provide a time when you were not living your “true self”?
Why did you have to live a life like that? What did you do about it?
I don't have anything made of this so I can't think of anything to answer here.

5. What social pressures help shape your self? Would you have wanted it otherwise?
Maybe fixing the law and paying attention to corruption
in our country to finish that.
I can't make a decision and it's up to them what they should do as long as you give me my opinion.

6. What aspects of your self do you think may be changed or you would like to change?
Maybe it’s just the one I’m always annoyed with before this because even I’m annoyed with myself,
that’s all.

V. OUTPUT(RESULT)

Two-Minute Speech
DIRECTIONS: Prepare a two minute speech or a 5 paragraph speech in a yellow paper about
your self describing the essence of your personal identity. “Who are you?”. You can choose to
share a personal story or an interesting experience. You can talk your family and career, or your
goals and dreams.

I’m Renz Phillip 19 years old from lipa batanagas my mother is Imelda Reuta and my father is
Rolando Lacsamana,We are nine siblings.

When i was three years old my father died almost all of us siblings were not yet of legal age so
we were orphaned early so my mother went abroad to meet our needs.

That’s why my siblings and I have a hard time, we don’t have a parent with us, while we’re
growing up, it’s very hard.
When we were older, the brothers and sisters were okay, you got married early, and I was
probably my young brothers and sisters who persevered in their studies to fulfill their dreams
in life.

In fact, many of us have been through a lot of hard work, but you can handle it and believe in
the Lord, that’s why I persevered for my family and my parents who supported me and my
siblings. One day I will also be able to make up for all the sacrifices he made. Until now I am
still working hard to reach my dream and I want to reach life. So I thank the lord because he is
there for us and we will never lose our love for him.
