PROJECT NO. 1: PARTICIPATION TO ALL BSP TAGUM CITY COUNCIL ACTIVITIES

PROBLEM NO. 1: SENIOR SCOUTS’ INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN BSP-RELATED ACTIVITIES

CAUSES EFFECTS
1. lack of information dissemination 1. scouts were not informed in upcoming activities.
2. low interest in non-physical activities 2. low participation in division-wide bsp activities
e.g. activities are done online
3. inability to pay for the registration fee. 3. low number of registered senior scouts
4. lack of basic training for scouts 4. scouts are not well oriented about scouting.
5. scouts prefer physical activity more 5. low or no participation in division-led activities
than the activities presented online 6. school’s performance related to scouting starts to decline

PROBLEM NO. 2: LOW NUMBER OF REGISTERED SCOUT LEADERS

3. too busy to accommodate another activity 3. low number of registered scout leaders.

6. small number of delegation in bsp-related activities.
7. only few will accommodate the senior scouts in participating in
the bsp-related activities.
Note: Scout leaders are tasked to lead and accommodate the
senior scouts in participating in all the BSP activities provided by
the BSP Tagum City Council.

PROBLEM NO. 3: Low number of Delegation to the BSP Tagum Council Activities

 PROJECT NO. 2: ZUMBA EXERCISE FOR TEACHERS

PROBLEM NO. 1: Non-initiation of the said activity.

CAUSES EFFECTS
1. Lack of proper equipment. 1. Teachers cannot perform the activity due to lack of equipment.
2. The use of good sound system 2. Teachers’ motivation for the activity is lessened due to lack of good sound system.
3. Problem on time-management 3. No conduct of Zumba.

PROBLEM NO. 2: Inability to lead

CAUSES EFFECTS
1. No one wants to initiate/lead the activity. 1. Teachers cannot perform the activity.
2. Everyone is busy. 2. No conduct of Zumba
3. No conduct of Zumba

PROJECT NO. 3: TREE PLANTING IN THE SCHOOL VICINITY

 PROBLEM NO. 1: Unavailability of Tree seedlings

CAUSES EFFECTS
1. Lack of communication with LGU regarding the seedlings. 1. No seedling were dispatched or delayed distribution of seedlings.
2. Lack of supply of seedlings. 2. The project will not be fully implemented because of insufficient supply.
3. Insufficient supply of preferred seedling. 3. Different kind of seedling will be planted, instead of the preferred one.
