The Kentucky Corporation is a highly competitive technology company.

The company have


confidence in their employees in terms of giving suggestions and surpass the competition
worldwide in terms of quality and productivity. But, the leader seems to just take anything their
member propose, without thinking about what could been the effect of it in their company. The
one of the most appropriate Leadership Style the Kentucky Corporation should employ to
remove the Organizational Problem and to promote leadership is, the Democratic Leadership. By
implementing the Democratic Leadership, this will help the Manager to involve its workers in
terms of recommending ideas and strategies. But, while the Manager let his/her employees to
decide, s/he will still have the final decision after receiving the datas and suggestion from the
members. In addition to this, the next most appropriate Leadership Style the Kentucky
Corporation should utilize is the Goal - Oriented Leadership. This Leadership Style, will
facilitate the Manager to remind his/her employees to concentrate wholly to the goal/s of the
Company. This will help the members to think about their suggestions and to make decisions
entirely according to the goal/s of the company.
