HALO-HALO WITH LOVE

"Enjoy each spoonful. Finishing up, until last drop."

Introduction

The product that will be made out of this plan is halo-halo. It is a Filipino favorite dessert or
snack because it is cold and refreshing, perfect for beating the tropical heat that exists almost
year round in the Philippines. This icy treat is known for its flavorful taste and has a rich history
that dates back to the pre-war Japanese period. It is also just a perfect way to cleanse the palate
after a meal.

Executive Summary

During the Focused Group Discussion (FGD), the Group 1 of ABM strand talked about different
small businesses like clothing, frozen foods, shake, ice candy and of course the halo-halo. These
product ideas come up while considering the current weather and crisis. After a couple of
minutes, they decided to vote from those choices they suggests and the halo-halo product gain
the highest vote. That only means, it will be the final product of Group 1 in ABM strand.

The day after, the group discussion repeat but the agenda is all about it's going to be product and
brand name, as well as its target market. The suggestions remain open until they made up a
decision. These result to a product name which is the "Halo-Halo with Love" and the brand name
which is the "Amable Halo-Halo". Both names are related to each other and these are both
defined by the word "LOVE" that came to heart of every members who will make it more unique
and special. While the target customers are those in age of 5 years and above without any gender
and income matters.

Management Section

The Amable Halo-Halo management consist of President, Secretary and four departments. The
President of the company is responsible for overall success of the company. She is tasked with
providing strong leadership for the company by working with her secretary and other executive.
The secretary help to keep an organization running smoothly, she is responsible for keeping
record, liaising with other offices, and providing general secretarial support. The production
department tasked to prepare the recipes of the Halo-Halo and responsible of making the product
to be sold. The finance department tasked for costing of ingredients and responsible for
managing its financial activities. The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the
business and mission of an organization, they are responsible of designing and creating
advertising which defining and managing brand. The sales department consists of a set of
business activities and processes that help a sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in
support of business strategies and objectives.

Yes, this product that we sell helps our customers to relax, have some good time and especially
helps to refresh their mind.

For only 45 pesos per cup, you can avail our product.

I choose Pontevedra Public Plaza because there are lots of people visiting in that place to relax.

D. Promotional Activity

I'll going to use media such as print advertising, Internet advertising, personal selling, Facebook,
and YouTube, wherein it would be easy for me to interact with my customers and they will have
an idea on what kind of product I'm offering about.

-1/4 of cube of ice, 1 jar of kaong, 1 jar nata de coco, 1/2 kg sweetened langka , 1kg sweetened
(saba) banana, 1 jar red mongo beans, 1 jar Ube halaya , 1 topper ware leche flan, 12 pcs can
evaporada milk , 1kg sugar -47 1 tub ice cream (optional). 1 stick butter, diced and chilled, 1 cup
white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 pack125ml Nestle All Purpose Cream, chilled, 2 pcs. Egg, 2
tsp. vanilla extract, 4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. fine salt, 3 cups chocolate
chips.

Competitive Analysis

Businesses who sells cold refreshments in lower price that is near on my spot, and also street
foods.

Market

Everyone who loves to eat halo-halo when they have a good time or not feeling well and also
those who wants halo-halo as their merienda desserts.
