Lesson 1 What I have learned
The five most basic elements of art are Line, Form (or
Shape), Value, Texture and Color. There are some people Religious Painting
who consider form and shape to be separate, and others
who would add Space. It doesn’t matter a great deal. Anyone
who studies or works in art will deal with all of these. They
help in the same way that any guidelines or training help an Landscapes
artist, which is quite a bit. They are things to know, and
consider, when you paint. In general, art that uses these
elements skillfully, tends to be more “successful.” Lesson 2 What I have learned
It’s when an artist’s goals aren’t money or fame. It’s when the artist
Lesson 1 Act. 4 doesn’t make news. It’s when the artist didn’t try to please others. It’s
when the artist has done everything they could no matter how long it
takes to get their idea down on canvas. It’s the far away look in a
viewer’s eyes when they see the result.

arts. After doing the activities:
A question I have is: Would it turn out fine if I use light color I noticed that there are forms and themes when it came to painting
to mix with dark colors? A question I have is: Do we need to follow these themes when painting?
I’m not sure that I could apply these into one painting. I’m not sure that Jeepney and Calesa painting is really a form of painting
I realized that there can be movement in visual arts. I realized that forms can be created using wide variety of materials.
Lesson 1 Act. 1 Lesson 4 What I have learned
FORMS OF PAINTING THEMES OF PAINTING Architecture is considered to be one of the most functional branches of
s the visual arts. We can freely see architecture in our surroundings

Lesson 3 What I have learned

I have discovered that Sculpture is the branch of the visual
arts that operates in three dimensions. It is one of the plastic
arts. Durable sculptural processes originally used carving and
modelling; in stones, metals, ceramics, woods and other
materials but, since Modernism, there has been an almost
complete freedom of materials and process. In contrast to
painting, sculpture has three dimensions – height, width, and
depth. It is created by either carving, modelling, or
assembling parts together.
Lesson 3 Add. Act.
After doing the activities:
I noticed that there are kinds of sculpture varying widely
from big to small, still and moving.
A question I have is: Do they apply science whilst doing
these sculptures.
I’m not sure that the use of glass in sculpture if safe of use.
I realized that a there are sculpture that moves.
