1. Explain why effective communication is important in an


organization.

Having Effective Communication in an organization is beneficial


in many ways. Not only it provides a lot of advantages to the
organization, but it also helps in the enhancement of the employees,
which improves the employees individually as well as the whole
organization.

Some of the benefits of having an effective communication in


organization are the following: It creates a goods harmony for all
employees that boosts their work efficiency. It also makes your
employees comfortable in the organization that enabling them to
convey their ideas comfortably which will result greatly in their
performance. And lastly, it creates a lot of preeminent teams in the
organization making the work in the organization precise and
concrete.
2. What are the pros and cons if there is a flaw in communication?

The advantages of having a flaw in communication is that you


can deliver a message/information that you can easily contradict
because the message/information you have delivered was too intricate
for them to understand properly. This means you can deliver a
message that means two different things. And having a fuzzy message
will help you to keep other people from opposing and criticizing your
message. Lastly, it also helps you to conceal your ideas from others so
that you are the only one who will benefit from your ideas.

The disadvantages of having a flaw in communication are the


lack of information flow and possible misleading information, that is
because there is no precise and accurate way to transfer information to
others which may results on having a loss of information or maybe get
a wrong information. Having a communication flaw also may arise an
unnecessary conflict in the group, that is because communication flaw
may cause misunderstanding on people. For example, in company,
two teams may work on the same project just because they
misunderstood who is the responsible on the project, which may result
in the two teams having a disagreement to each other.
