Goal # 1 Improve Customer Service

Objective # 1
Strategies:
1. To provide excellent customer service, we first need understand their needs,
experiences, and pain points. For these, we need to ensure that we provide our
customers multiple ways to share their feedback. We can do this through
telephone surveys or a feedback form sent via email. Other than surveys, we can
also establish a complaint system, which will better enable our customers to raise
their issues.

2. Through web hosting service provider Site Ground invites its customers to
provide feedback 24/7 via three different channels: tickets, live chat, and phone.
Connecting with your customers to gather feedback also has another important
benefit - it makes them feel that you value them, and are willing to resolve their
issues. This can help to establish trust, and may even prevent them from sharing
their concerns or negative comments on social media.

Objective # 2
Strategies:
1. Referral program. Google drive is a great example of how smart referral
programs can growth hack a business. Google drive gives existing users 500
MB of extra storage space for every friend they refer (up to 16 GB), this
referral program helped generate tons of word-of-mouth, delivering a huge
number of sign-ups and saving Google drive countless advertising.

2. Another great way to get your brand known on the web is to deliver ultra-
valuable, gorgeous looking content to share on other blogs. Guest posting
(despite what some might tell you) is still a powerful way to get your name
known in your industry.

Goal # 2 Improve Employee Productivity

Objective # 1
Strategies:
1. Teaching them the necessary skills to do their job. This way, they can set about
accomplishing their tasks on their own, and our time won’t be wasted down the
road answering simple questions or correcting errors.

2. By helping them expand their skillsets will build a much more advanced
workforce, which will benefit your company in the long run. There are a number
of ways you can support employee development: individual coaching, workshops,
courses, seminars, shadowing or mentoring, or even just increasing their
responsibilities. Offering these opportunities will give employees additional skills
that allow them to improve their efficiency and productivity.

Objective # 2
Strategies:
1. Ensure Managers are Properly Trained. Ensure that managers have sufficient
delegation, communication and leadership skills to build and implement these
processes. The best starting point here is to make sure you have proper systems
for management training and to verify that all managers are on the same page,
with their focus and attention on quality control.

1. By keeping the work place clean. Failing to clean up can cause injury and increase
the likelihood of errors. You should always make workplace cleanliness a priority.
To do this, clearly post cleanliness standards where all employees can see them,
delegate regularly scheduled cleaning tasks and bring in cleaning professionals, if
needed, to keep the workspace up to par.
Goal #3 Ensure Product availability
Objective # 1
Strategies:
1. By improving product availability through increased inventory visibility,
businesses can better recover sales. For example, if a specific product line is
selling out in one location and not another, managers can easily use their
inventory software to transfer products. This saves the company from having to
place an unnecessary purchase order.
2. By integrating the inventory software with established point-of-sale (POS)
systems, employees can view product locations in-store. Therefore, if a customer
is unable to find an item in-person, employees can locate items throughout
the supply chain and have them shipped to the store or customer directly.

Objective # 2
Strategies:
1. By offering new products to your existing customers.
2. By modifying existing products so that the new version appeals to a different
group of customers.

Goal # 4 Approach to innovation

Objective # 1
Strategies
1. Building a strong knowledge base. Knowledge is never enough and we can all
agree on that. Needless to say, it is extremely useful during the idea generation
process.

2. Another way to generate ideas is through identifying pure plays or isolated bets.
Pure plays are companies that are significantly geared towards or have a singular
focus to a certain type of goods, products or trends.

Objective # 1
Strategies
1. To help our business thrive, is by educating ourselves about new technology. By
finding free resources in the form of journals, blogs, and websites, geared
specifically to relevant new technology in your field. Finding the publication
which speaks to us about tech developments gives you a jumping-off point, and
familiarizes you with tech language and available products. This will give us a
sense of what options are out there and how other businesses are taking
advantage of them.
2. Another way to keep up with the latest technology trends is to take inventory of
what technology you use and attempt to streamline your current tech needs.
