Subject: Introducing new Performance Managment Policy

Dear managers,

As you might have noticed, our current performance management process has not been updated for a long
time and is considered outdated. Therefore, I have created an updated version of the process and I hope
this will be able to assist you all better. Attached below is the new Performance Management Policy and a
PowerPoint presentation on the key provisions of the process, as well as the guide on how to conduct
performance reviews.

Kindly let me know how you think of the updated policy, and all your opinions are very much appreciated.
Also, please do advise me which date and time would be convenient for you to attend a training session for
this new performance management process.

I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Best regards,
Leo McCullen
