TROUBLESHOOTING & CAUSE

CORRECTION PROCDURE
1. Visit the site and inspect the engine and alternator to take all mandatory information of service parts.
2. Perform the visual inspection of engine, AC alternator, batteries and battery charger along with ATS panel.
3. Take the information of engine, AC alternator, fuel, oil and air filter to prepare the service kit of generator.
4. We found water jacket heater in broken condition. We highly recommend to change the generator room ventilation system and
5. put heat isolation on exhaust muffler to prevent over heating in side the generator room.
