2. One of the main elements in understanding organizations is the presence of its goals wherein
organization have several of them. For a clearer understanding, these goals are categorized into
typologies. Create your own organizational goals guided by each typology. You may base your goals

3. Critical upward communication comes in two forms – employee silence and organizational dissent.
