Tell me your story of preparing your project proposal. Do you think you proposal has Qp, Cp = 2r
+ 3c? Can you evidence using the formula?

Answer:

Real accountability and a stronger feeling of purpose also help you learn more effectively.
Preparing the project proposal is a hassle for me, hence that it is hard to come-up with a good
project proposal that could make a huge impact. Working on my project proposal is a time-
consuming and labor-intensive task. I’ve researched very detail that can be useful in the project
implementation, interactions between involved individuals must be mapped, and risks must be
identified, and so on. Making a project proposal that can attain a quality, convincing, relevant and
realistic, clear, complete and coherent is not that easy. Making a project proposal is like making
an artwork. It is like thinking of a good subject to draw and refine it to its optimal quality.

In preparing project proposal it also follows formula, as if I’m making an artwork. Quality
is the first that I considered, since a good quality proposal would also mean a good quality project
implementation. Convincing someone over something that is not a good quality, would be a hard
task to do. I think my proposal also is relevant to the current situation that we are in as of the
moment, where it tackles the rampant used of single-used plastics. To make the most persuasive
proposal that are best to the project, I have to cite related experiences that comes as close as
possible to my project. This will convey the problems that I will be experiencing in the
implementation of the project and in that way I can successfully addressed them. And the more
specific I am in calling them out, the less time I will have to spend in implementing my project.

Since that I have already included all the needed information about my project (site,
duration, objectives, methods, budget and the expected output), I can say that my proposal
possesses the Qp, Cp, 2r and 3c. Though it’s hard to compile everything that are needed in the
project implementation, it is also fulfilling to my part after finishing the project proposal.
