 What is the video all about?

 The usage of project management and its vital role in
managing a problem. By using this platform, problems that
might occur in actual operation can prevent, therefore, a
promising outcome may obtain.

2.Describe the situation what is the video all about.

 Project management is a collaborative set-up that helps people and teams

to have a synchronization and cooperation to each other. In this manner,
participants in doing a project management are more organize and elude
possible problems. To put it bluntly, project management is the foundation
of doing a business or a plan, without this, failure might occur.

3.What are the effects of the situation in the life of every person?

 In the first scenario, we saw a aspiring man who’s dream is to have a

beautiful house. But because of failure in time-management he wasn’t
able to establish his dream house. The second one was a girl, planning to
buy a dress. However, she ended up buying unnecessary items,
consequently, she was unable to buy a dress. It only portrays that a lack

 of self-discipline in making choices could make a huge impact that leads to
failure in cost management. The third one has a problem in scope
management. He didn’t anticipate the cost of having a child, hence, he
wasn’t able to buy his dream shiny car. The last one has a trouble in
quality management. He anxiously buys a house without inspecting the
quality and after a month purchasing the house, it started to crumble due
to poor quality.

PROJECT Management for ICT Content?

 Due to pandemic, students only rely on using internet to communicate to

others and Project management is a great example of a platform that
connects students to make a promising project without interaction or
face-to-face contact. Therefore, safety of the students and grades are
obtained in the same time.

 The main goal of Project management is to foresee the possible failure that
might happen.

2. Why is Project Management important?

 It acts as the main plan for a project without this chaos in the work field might
occur. For instance, without a concrete plan then there is no concrete output,
therefore, the investment of person into that project will go to waste.

- As the name suggest, online collaborative tools use internet that helps members to easily
access the files that provides them to edit, organize, control their works. In this pandemic,
online collaborative tools are in demand especially to those people involves in offices and
school projects.

management is vital key for a project to work, without this the outcome of a project will

I realized that finding ways to a problem can be found using the power of technology and
internet. In the post, we only use blueprint before the actual operation and only the person
who create that blueprint can access and organize it. But in this advent modern world, a lot
