- Cultural Center of the Philippines.

- The premiere showcase of the arts in the

Philippines founded in 1969, they produce and
present music, dance, theater, visual arts, literary,
cinematic and design events from the Philippines
and all over the world for more than forty years.

- Government owned and controlled corporation

established to preserve, develop and promote arts
and culture in the Philippines.
Gawad CCP para sa Sining: CCP Awards for the Arts
- Executive Order No. 30 s. 1966 by President
Ferdinand Marcos.
- It receives an annual subsidy and is placed under
the National Commission for Culture and the Arts
for purposes of policy coordination.
- Provides performance and exhibition venues for
various local and international.
- KATOTOHANAN. KAGANDAHAN. KABUTIHAN
(TRUTH, BEAUTY AND GOODNESS)
- Given every three years/ triennial event is awarded
to artists or groups of artists who have consistently
produced outstanding works.
- The highest award given by the Cultural Center of
the Philippines (CCP) to Filipino artists and cultural
workers.
- Also given to cultural workers, who through their
works in research, curatorship and administration,
have helped to develop and enrich Philippine art.

contributions to the culture of the region
of their birth or residence

Category C is for outstanding cultural workers who,

through their works in research,
curatorship or administration, have
helped to develop or enrich particular art
forms or Philippine culture in general
