The vessel is manned by 8 crews, all Indonesian nationality. The working language is Bahasa but Master and Engineers
are able to communicate in maritime English. Refers to Safe Manning Certificate, vessel is requiring a minimum of 8
crew members. Based on our review on certificate of Competence / Endorsement and Safe Manning Certificate, we
noted that officers and crews are found with valid Indonesian endorsements.
The Master, Officers and crew are found to be in harmonic team work, diligent, good attitude and competent in the
operation of the vessel.
Except :
- Certificates of Competency Master Tamark 02 is not comply with Safe Manning Requirement.

PT. Armada Rock Karunia Transhipment complied with the International Management Code for safe operation for ship
and for pollution prevention ( ISM Code ) and has current Document of Compliance issued by Directorate General of
Marine Transport, valid until 30 March 2025. As advised by member reps, the vessel was just bought the owner, the
handover process was issued on 20 November 2019.

Crews and shore personnel demonstrate their commitment to safety & hygiene standards. During our attendance, all
crews were using PPE.
In galley, cook is using gas stove for cooking and provided with fire extinguisher (dry chemical powder). MLC 2006 has
yet been implemented on board.

Navigation standards 3
Safety equipment is good condition and monthly basis checked by safety officer. Life saving and Fire Fighting
Appliances found good and properly maintained. Life raft and Firefighting extinguisher inspection done on 30 April 2020
and next service schedule on 30 April 2021.

- Breathing Apparatus (BA) sets was found not available on board.

Structural 3
Ship is built in China on 2016 and take over to PT. Armada Rock Karunia Transhipment in 20 November 2019. As far as
could be inspected port and starboard external side / shell plating above the water line was found to be worn down
coated with old paint. No significant damage was observed on the pipe lines and other fittings on deck. The poop and
forecastle decks including the fair leads and other deck fittings in satisfactory condition. The vessel fitted with tyre
fender around port and starboard external hull for protection of any damage.
The vessel is fitted with 10 Void Tank (1-5 P&S), and 8 VST (1-4 P&S), FPT and APT.
Inspection to internal tank of FPT, AFT And Void Tank no 3 (S) Was found carried out and found in good condition.

- All mooring bollard were found not marked with SWL marking.
- Approved stability booklet was found not available on board.

Bridges has open bridge wings, a navigational area with a forward facing extended at aft area. All the bridge
navigational devices consist of 2 RADAR, GPS , Echo sounder, AIS, Navtex, Gyro Compass, VHF radio, ALDIS light,
GMDSS Two way VHF, SART, EPIRB, and were found in working order.
Passage plan and official Deck log book is available on board.

Machinery 2
MV. Tamark 02 was powered by Two (2) main engine from Chongqing Cummins with 298 Kw 1800 RPM and built in
Chongqing Cummins Engine CO,Ltd 2016, China. The vessel also generated by 3 (three) auxiliary engine from Weichai
Machine Machinery with 60 Kw 1500 Rpm and built in Weifang Deutz Diesel Engine CO,Ltd 2016 in China. The vessel
has Main steering engine at Aft station and did test to wheel house and found in good order.
During our attendance, all machinery found in good condition and running properly.
The Ship's Engine Classification Certificate was issued by BKI Class with validation until 31 July 2025. Deck and engine
machinery well maintained as per PMS system require and guarded where appropriate.

Tamark 02 is self propeller barge dry bulk cargo , hatcoverless and designated with 1 cargo hold. Based on information
by Member representative, the vessel has yet been loaded any cargoes since the vessel taken over from last last owner
on 20 November 2019. The internal structure of cargo hold and tank top found found in good condition with worn down
coating and rusty at several places. During our attendance, we did not found any lashing fitted on cargo hold. As advice
my members reps, the vessel will be loaded with bulk cargo i.e coal. The condition of hold coatings was acceptable for
carrying bulk cargo i.e coal. The hold not fitted with hold ladder, howere there were portable ladder equipped at port and
starboard cargo hold side. Bilges found fitted on cargo hold and found in dry condition. No record of bilges hold alarm
test on board since the vessel in laid up operation.
- No appropriate notices at forward and aft morring station to warn the crew of hazardous associated with mooring
operations.
- Deck non slip coating was found not provided on relevant area
- Mooring bollard were found in not marked with SWL capacity.

several area. During our attendance, we did not found any lashing on cargo hold. As advice my members reps, the vessel
will be loaded with bulk cargo i.e coal. The condition of cargo hold is acceptable for carrying bulk cargo i.e coal.
