First, a thank you. I’m a huge fan of _________. I believe the work that we do can be very beneficial to _________
both in the short term and long term.

This proposal seeks to solve two issues: the clouds and the dirt. Getting dirty seeking out immediate sales to
justify my existence and the 10,000 foot branding stuff to transform _________ into a long-term restaurant
powerhouse in the _________ Metro and beyond. We’re going to tell a lot of stories and use the unique tools
necessary to do the hand to hand combat to get customers in the door and the higher level stuff to keep them
coming back.

Let’s get to work.

Clouds:
1. Wednesday Weekly Live Video. Alternating between showcasing the tricks of the bar trade and the
kitchen tricks. Educate, inform and educate. NOT intended to sell. You want people to watch to the end
feeling like they’re getting LOTS of value out of it. Like they’re getting educated on the right way to make a
cocktail or how to approach a slider. You’re going to be the trusted source for craft cocktails and unique
cuisine. Platforms: FB/IG/YT
2. Friday quick tips: 20 second videos intended to get people excited about one particular item or story. We
can film it at the same time as the live video. Posted to Facebook and Instagram.
3. Search Engine Optimization: Do a full evaluation of the _________ website. Give recommendations for
change to improve SEO, mobile search, voice search and review sites.

Dirt:
1. Messenger Bot. Thursday Morning Weekly Contest: $20 gift card giveaway through the bot. Aim to
convert three of the contestants to customers. Create an automated sequence for this.
2. Reviews: Use the bot to get more reviews. Create messenger bot to direct people to give positive
recommendations. Include cards in the checkout books.
3. Ads: Aimed at both building brand and getting people reserved for dinner and private events.
4. Facebook Ads Pixel on the website. It’s a little piece of code, but it’s so important for retargeting those
who visit the website. _________ currently has no pixel on its website.
5. Building ads “audiences.” By using the branding videos, we can create “audiences” of people who watch
the videos and like/share/comment on your posts. Then we create “lookalike audiences” intended to
expand this circle of people and have Facebook search for people who are similar to those in your
audiences.
3 month Goals with Values: (Values based on estimates of what it would cost to acquire this via Facebook ads or
hiring each out with a freelancer)

● 4x your current organic reach on _________’s Facebook and Instagram (conservatively a $1200 total value
