What is emotional
intelligence?
The importance of
emotional
intelligence
A high emotional intelligence favors the development of
relationships both with oneself and with others, in
addition to increasing the feeling of well-being since it
allows us to make decisions in the best possible way.
Emotional intelligence implies the development of
social skills that allow us to relate in the best possible
way with both people with whom we feel good, either
by matching tastes, hobbies, etc; as with people with
whom we do not connect so easily or for whom we do
not feel sympathy.
