Parenthetical Citations (Author-focus /Nama penulis diutamakan)

Menurut Adams (2010), pelajar lebih suka melaksanakan kerja kursus dalam
kumpulan kerana ini dapat mengurangkan beban.

Narrative Citations (Info-focus /Info/fakta diutamakan)

Pelajar lebih suka melaksanakan kerja kursus dalam kumpulan kerana ini dapat

Nama penulis yang tiada nama keluarga (surname/lastname) pula, nama penuh digunakan kerana
nama akhir ialah nama bapa, tetapi bin atau binti serta pangkat/darjat tidak perlu disertakan.
Namun begitu, penggunaan nama akhir juga boleh diterima (iaitu penggunaan nama bapa sahaja
SEKIRANYA PENULISAN UNTUK PENERBITAN PERINGKAT ANTARABANGSA) dalam APA.
