It is with much pleasure I am writing this letter of recommendation for Ms. Aenakshi Sircar of Banasthali Vidyapith, who
is majoring in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at Banasthali
Vidyapith and have been involved in teaching and research in the field of electronics and instrumentation. Banasthali
Vidyapith is the largest fully residential, women’s only university in Asia. It is one of the premiere universities in India with
the highest possible grade 'A++' with CGPA 3.63/4.00 by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). NAAC is
a government organization in India that assesses and accredits Higher Education Institutions in India.

I had an opportunity to teach Aenakshi and observe her very closely. I can confidently say that Aenakshi is such an
outstanding young woman whose dedication, genuineness, and hard work ethic are exemplified with everything that she
does. She has been one of the top performing students and have scored outstanding grades in many demanding courses
in her curriculum. One thing that makes Aenakshi stand out among her peers is her knack for research. I have seen that
she is always in the lookout for works involving research. I believe if COVID-19 had not impacted all of us she would have
taken multiple research projects.

Even though COVID-19 impacted all the students severely by confining them at home, this did not deter Aenakshi from
pursuing multiple research activities. During these challenging times she went ahead and presented papers in multiple
international conferences (only student in the undergraduate program) and published papers in journal. She was even
awarded the best paper in one of the international conferences for her research findings. It’s no mean feat for an
undergraduate student to publish multiple papers and get awarded as well during this time when the whole world is
dealing with COVD-19. I am proud of her achievements.

I strongly believe that having an opportunity to participate in an international internship would be a wonderful experience
for Aenakshi. This internship will further help her to get involve in research activities and help her to get vital experience
for her future research career. Additionally, she will be a great representative of Banasthali University while she is abroad.
Lastly, I have absolutely no reservations about strongly recommending Aenakshi for participating in the Globalink
Research Internship. I really hope that she has the chance to participate in this opportunity of this global experience.
