Pre Lesson :
1. Teacher draw something for the pupils to guess what it is. (car, spider, pencil, train, ball, cat)
2. Reward 1 point to the group for each correct answer.
Lesson Development:
1. Display pictures and sentence strips on the board.
2. Pupils count the objects in the pictures and write the answers on the board.
(e.g. pic A : twelve cats, two balls, five spiders )
3. Read the first sentence. Pupils listen and follow
4. Ask pupils to find the matching picture and write the picture number beside the corresponding sentence strip
5. Distribute worksheets A
6. Pupils compare their answers in pairs before the class check.
