Sub : Proposal for Drawing design, DEA and civil construction work of proposed
three storied RCC building

Dear Sir,

Detailed Engineering Solution (DES) has resources to undertake both small and large projects
in civil infrastructure, commercial, industrial and building sectors with an experienced team
of principals overseeing project quality and delivery. We are involved in structural design &
construction of several multi-storied RCC as well as steel structures around Dhaka and
outside of Dhaka, with engineering assessment of Existing Reinforced concrete structure,
multi-storied steel structure.

We have the experience and resources to undertake seismic evaluations of buildings

.including seismic building assessments in RMG sectors for various clients. We are involved
in the design and construction management of seismic upgrades to deficient buildings to
improve their earthquake strength.

We are pleased to offer a proposal for subjective jobs.

iv. 20% of total amount will be paid after completion of grade beam..
v. 20% total amount will be paid after completion ground floor roof slab
vi. 20% total amount will be paid after completion 1st floor roof slab
vii. 15% total amount will be paid after completion 2nd floor roof slab
viii. Final 5% of total amount will be paid after completion of full work.

Conditions:
 The client arranges electricity, water, and labor shed, if necessary.
 Final bill should be paid within seven working days after submitted of bill.
 In case of any additional work other than above mention then payment will be paid by client
to contractor at market rate after both party negotiations.
 The quoted price is Excluding VAT&AIT.
 This offer is valid up to one month.
 Amount will be varied according to area of final working drawing

Proposal Validity:
This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
