This business offer the different kind of foods, such us dessert , snacks , physical

belongings as long as different kind of soft drinks or foods that are ready to eat , it also offer

printing t-shirt and etc. this business is located at silivino lubos northern samar I should

implement this business at SLNS because those people as what I observe they need to go out of

town to buy the grocery or items according to what they need , every time they go to other place

to buy those items they spend too much money so this business will help to the people.

Mini stop shop is the business I’ll build at silvino lubos , northern samar , I should offer
foods that are ready to eat and printing t-shirt. This business help to the peoples who live
permanent Silvino Lubos, Northern Samar ( SLNS ), this business that I implement is very
unique at SLNS because it is the first Mini stop shop in SLNS that I build , it will be affordable
because the foods that Im going to serve are not the same to the others ,I’ll grab the opportunity
to build or implement this business because I can gain to much money or I can gain more
profit .this is very important as I know because it help to me to have a nice business and to have
a good profit every years and a side from that it will help to the peoples who are permanent in
SLNS and it has a good or possibility that the terrorist will be visit to buy our different items or
food that are ready to eat.
Business PROPONENT
I should hire a staffs to handle or to have their own job at my business , it follows by
Manager- he/she will be in charge to keep the money or to handle/manage the business
Casher -he/she will be in charge to take care the buyers to give what they need to buy.
Staffs - he/she will be in charge to work or clean the area and the others handle to cook and to
serves the foods.
Owner- Responsible for fixing prices, signing business deals, and providing direction for
business.

Target Costumer
My target costumer will be the citizen of Silvino Lubos, not just in the main of where my Mini
Stop Shop will be located but also to the other costumers far away in main Silvino Lubos. I
might also be a supplier in the canteens, and of course everybody in my target location is already
my target costumer

My Mini Stop Shop is a good business to build and a lot of costumers are already
impressed of my Idea of having two-store and are impressed with my offerings. But first I need
to focus on my efforts in implementing the tactics and strategies on the original business plan.

have an excellent customer service culture will definitely count as a strong strength for the
business.
Weakness- The major weakness that may count against my business is the fact that there’s

Opportunities- the opportunities of my Mini stop shop is enormous. The fact that Mini Stop Shop
is an essential commodity that we use on our daily basis for different purposes.
Threat- I’m quite aware that just like the other business, one of the major economic downturn

MARKETING PLAN
Marketing strategy- before choosing a location in Silvino Lubos, I observed and asked
some people there in order for me to know and structure my business to attract the numbers of
customers I want to attract for time and also for my treated favorable compete with other leading
branch.
