Kimchi and Kpop Business/ Strategic Plan

Executive Summary

Kimchi and Kpop is an eat-all-you-can Korean restaurant that serves Korean dishes and
services. Our restaurant will provide salad, fruits, sauces, lettuce, garlic slices, smelly
desserts, Korean style side dishes, and so on. The cold bar will contain dishes
depending on the seasons, while keeping popular items and removing unpopular items.
The restaurant can make adjustments after a few months in order to avoid wasting
food.

In order to make the restaurant different from other Korean restaurants, the restaurant
will be designed for the Kpop fans wherein the customers can also get their desired
Kpop merchandise with the food promos the restaurant is going to offer. Aside from
merchandise, the restaurant will also provide hanboks for the customers to try the
photobooth exclusively in Kimchi and Kpop with their idol’s standees or with their friends
with various landmarks of kdrama backgrounds.

As the Korean government's globalization efforts stimulate the development of Korean

restaurants in overseas markets such as the Philippines, the Korean food industry is
gaining international attention and growth (Korean Food Foundation, 2013). Korean
cuisine is being marketed as a nutritious, flavorful, and nutritious dish (Jang & Ha,
2009). Now is the moment to open new Korean restaurants in the ethnic food market of
the Philippines. This paper presents a business strategy for a Kimchi and Kpop all-you-
can-eat Korean restaurant.

Company Description

There will be an eat-all-you-can cold bar on the Kimchi and Kpop menu. This will
include barbecued meats, fried chicken, sour and fermented pickled veggies, and other
staples of Korean cuisine. The cold bar will feature dishes that change with the
seasons, with popular items remaining and unpopular items being removed.

Other Korean restaurants simply have a salt and sesame 6 oil combo; Kimchi and Kpop
also want to add extra sauce to make the meat taste different from others. The menu
will also include new foods such as bacon and asparagus and bacon and noodle
mushroom. The bacon with asparagus and bacon with noodle mushroom combos are
prepared at the table by the guests. Prep cooks will prepare the dishes in the kitchen
since they are raw before clients request them. Bacon is high in phosphorus, potassium,
fat, carbs, and other minerals.

The aroma and flavor of crispy bacon combined with the sweet flavor of asparagus may
produce a new flavor and make people fall in love with this exceptional meal. Noodle
mushroom is not commonly seen in Filipino recipes, although it is high in zinc and aids
in the mental development of children's brains. Combining bacon with noodle mushroom
provides a novel flavor while also being beneficial to human health. With grilled meat
and veggies cooking all the time, the entire restaurant will smell delicious. Other Korean
barbecue restaurants do not have bacon asparagus or bacon noodle mushrooms, and
this restaurant will make them house distinctive goods to stand out.

Customers will also be able to pick between alcohol combinations (beer and Korean
soju) at the restaurant, which is something that other restaurants do not provide. Having
alcohol combinations will assist to raise income for Kimchi and Kpop.

Market Analysis

Korean restaurants have leveraged their growing popularity and increasingly presented
high-end offerings. Kimchi and Kpop will offer unique dining experiences to customers
such as eat-all-you-can, Kpop merchandise promos, and photobooth which will set the
stage for growth in this Korean restaurant business.

One of the significant developments in this sector of business is that consumers who
eat Korean delicacies do so for the health advantages. As a result, in order to keep
customers' appetites fulfilled, Korean restaurants have developed new menu selections
that rely on the growing knowledge of the health hazards associated with high-fat diets.
The sector has also prospered by producing goods at attractive price points that can
withstand the sluggish recovery, resulting in robust revenue growth. These
developments are projected to contribute to future revenue growth.
In this era when the online community is growing rapidly, the Kimchi and Kpop Korean
restaurant business will do a whole lot of favor if it is advertised online. One of the
easiest ways to get people to see you as an expert in your line of business is to blog
constantly about Korean menus.
The Kimchi and Kpop will also leverage social media platforms like Instagram,
Facebook, and Twitter, and others to publicize the Korean restaurant. The Kimchi and
Kpop will also be available online where people can place orders from our restaurant.
