Laboratory # 1

OMG! This was the first day of Laboratory and I cannot forget the idea of making pastry and bread on

my own. It excites me and I was very proud of who I'm right now. It was quite nervous and I

overthink a lot—thinking that I might burn what I am baking. As the laboratory started my nervous

veins were eased because of the aura of our instructor. I can’t describe the leadership skills of our

instructor because it was too good to be describe. Making the pastry and breads makes me very happy

because it is quite challenging. Anyway, I really enjoyed the first day of Laboratory because it was

my first-time doing dough and mixing on my own. I was very proud of myself that I unlock new

skills.
Laboratory 2

Day 2 here we go! I going to broke more legs. LOL. It was totally the same feeling as what I

had felt during the first laboratory. This time I was more confident in baking. My confidence

increases a little, knowing that I learned some skills during Lab 1. At first look I was like

OMG! I guess Lab 2 would be so hard because we will make some pie and cakes but along

the way it was simple with the help of our hardworking instructor. I unlocked new skills

again and new friends to treasure. I was quite proud because I do finish all the pie and cake

at the certain amount of time by myself. I guess my baking skills are not good enough but I

always strived to be creative. I only need thousands of times of practice. Totally it was a

good experience by the way.
