Follow this step to install STAAD.

Pro V8i SS6

1. Disable internet connection and anti-virus.

2. After you download the STAAD.Pro V8i SS6, please extract the ZIP file.

3. Run file installer stpst20071122en as administrator in the STAAD.Pro V8i SS6 file and install the file
installer.
4. There are 15 software package that can be installed. Click Install to start the installation process.

5. Just click next, and at Select Serve Settings, leave blank Serve Name, Site Activation Key and
Default Email, then click next.

6. Then, insert username as your matric number and organization as FKAAB-UTHM.

7. At Select Base Unit System, tick Metric Unit System.

8. Proceed Next to complete the installation.

9. For Staad.Foundation, repeat step 5 to 7.

10. If all 15 software package have been tick green, the installation is completed and click close.
10. Do not launch the program after installation.

11. Copy the file "Bentley.liclib.dll" from Licence folder.

12. The paste and replace to following directories:

C:\SProV8i SS6\Mesher\
C:\SProV8i SS6\SectionWizard\
C:\SProV8i SS6\STAAD\
C:\SProV8i SS6\STAAD\RCDesigner\
C:\SProV8i SS6\STAAD\SProStaad\
C:\Staad.foundation 5.3\
C:\Staad.foundation 5.3\SProStaad\

Example; C:\SProV8i SS6\Mesher\

This pop-up will appear. Just click replace the file in the destination.

13. Repeat the step for other directories. Do not skip copy, paste and replace to any folder to ensure
the license can be activated.

12. Restart your computer.

13. Lauch program and enjoy it.
