EARLY PREPARATION

1. Find a location that has good internet connection.

2. Prepare a sufficient quantity of A4 foolscap papers, blue or black pens, a calculator and any
stationery you may need.
3. On each foolscap paper, write your Full Name, Matric Card Number and Course Code.
4. If you are using a smartphone, make sure you have sufficient mobile data, sufficient battery
life and a battery charger within reach.
5. Download an application to your smartphone that enables conversion of pictures to PDF
and joining of PDF files, such as CamScanner, Adobe Scan or Tap Scanner.
6. SEM-1:
The online TEST will be held using AUTHOR UTHM. Log in and join Classroom
[ALL]BFC24203: MATEMATIK KEJRUTERAAN AWAM IV]
7. Join the Google Meet at 8:50 AM in the following link (meet.google.com/imq-mejs-dok).
Please turn on your video camera during the test. 1

DURING THE TEST

1. Go to the ASSESSMENT menu in AUTHOR UTHM.

2. At 8:55 AM, you will be given your Online Declaration Form. Click
“Agree” and you will also be able to download the PDF Question
Paper.
3. At 9:00 AM, you will be given the Password to open the PDF Question
Paper. You may begin answering.
4. The duration given to answer the questions is 2 ½ HOURS only.
5. Write the answers on the foolscap papers, in your own handwriting.
6. Include the question numbers and number each page of your answer
script accordingly.
7. You are not allowed to refer to any print/digital material or the internet.
8. You are not allowed to communicate or ask for help from a third party.

WHEN THE TEST ENDS

1. Stop writing when the examination ends at 11:30AM.

2. Arrange the pages of your answer script in the correct order.
3. Make sure each page of your answer script has your Full Name, Matric
Card Number, Course Code and Page Number.
4. Submit your answer script in PDF format only.
5. Convert all pages of your answer script to PDF and combine them into
one PDF file only.
6. Name your PDF file as follows:
FullName-MatricCardNumber-BFC34303.pdf
Example:

SUBMISSION OF ANSWER SCRIPT

1. Before submitting, please re-check your PDF answer script and make
sure no pages are missing.
2. Upload your PDF answer script using AUTHOR. Submit where you
downloaded the question paper.
3. Submission of your answer script will close exactly at 12:00 PM, 26
NOVEMBER 2021.
4. Do not wait until the last minute to submit. Preferably, submission should
be done within 15 minutes after the end of the examination.
5. Any appeal for time extension or re-submission will not be entertained
after the submission period ends.
