happen, and to whom it will happen. 
Relevant- Consistently related to your overall objectives.  Evaluate your target audience to
certify whether what you seek to accomplish in the forthcoming years will lead to your lengthy
goals. 
Measurable- This entails calculating the current, or foundation, quantity as well as the expected
extent or proportion of increase. Your sponsors will be needed to take measurements.
Measurable goals will guide analysis development, allowing you to assess progress, measure
