LAB PRODUKTIVITAS

Mahendra : Good morning sir, how are you today

Anggit : morning too, I fell so fresh after rest for a week

Mahendra : happy to hear that

Anggit : so, what we are doing here in productivity lab ?

Mahendra : we can make something here, but let me ask you first. previously did you have any
activities you like like making something in your spare time? Or something for your
leisure ?

Anggit : no I didn’t. my skill is not good enough to make something. But I also feel bored when
don’t have any activity to do.

Mahendra : ahh I see…. So what if we make a craft. Maybe this can be your leisure or if you can sell
it, it can be your work

Anggit : Sure… that’s a good idea. I think I have to training my skill to make something

Mahendra : Happy to hear that, nahh before we start. Wear your mask first. Because there will be a
lot of dust. And I suggest to make a wooden tissue case.

Anggit : okay sure, but can you show what tools that we need to make it. I do know what tools
we need

Mahendra : ahh okay. Here look. It’s a lot of tools. And usually we need a hand saw, hammer, wood
glue, wood paint, sandpaper, a pencil to draw the design. You can manually cut this
wood with hand saw. Its good for training your hand muscle.
Anggit : woahh…. Youre good at this sir. I agree with you, its been so long that I haven't trained
my hands in a while since I entered this clinic

Mahendra : yes off course. Let me tell you something. If you don’t training your hand, your muscle
will get smaller or we can call it muscle atrophy

Anggit : woahh that scary, oke then lets make it. but but what are we going to do first ?

Mahendra : here, choose your wood that you will cut

Anggit : ehmm… I think it’s a good one, its looks thick and strong

Mahendra : woahh….. youre choice is so good. Yeah this wood its strong than any other

Anggit : haha….

Mahendra : okey then lets pick a hand saw, here I show you how to cut properly. You must draw a
sketch before you cut this. So you can follow the line that you make. Because if we don’t
do this maybe its too hard to cut properly

Anggit : ahh… I see. Let me do this

Mahendra : yeah sure… after we cut this we we will join that part into a cube to look like a wodden
tissue case . by joining some of the pieces of wood and applying glue. after that we can
combine them. and to enhance our appearance we paint with wood paint. but
remember to pay attention, safety first. I'm here also will still be together to watch over
you. so take it easy.
