POSITION TITLE: PERFORMANC E MARKETING SPEC IALIST

REPORTING TO HEAD OF MARKETING

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independently develop, deploy & monitor SEO, Email Marketing and Paid Marketing (SEM,
Display, Social, Programmatic) efforts
• Set up & run campaigns in various platforms (Google/YouTube, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn,
Kenshoo, DoubleClick)
• Set up & maintain SEO best practices for web assets and collaborate with the marketing
team to support the production of SEO optimised content
• Handle publication of email marketing campaigns
• Set up & monitor web analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, HotJar)
• Optimise marketing efforts by analysing and interpreting large sets of data across channels
• Create dashboards and other reporting tools to ensure data is shared across teams
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends and new
technologies to ensure effective utilisation of available tools for marketing efforts
• Keep informed of crypto and blockchain industry related subject matters to aid in marketing
efforts.

WHAT WE’RE LO O KING FO R

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Experienced technical operator in biddable media, email marketing and SEO
• Excellent with Excel/spreadsheet
• Analytical, organised and efficient individual who enjoys operational work
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Background and knowledge in FinTech / Blockchain / Crypto / Digital Asset is an advantage
• Agency-side or Brand-side exposure is a plus
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Location is based in KL. Currently WFH.

REPORTING TO HEAD OF MARKETING

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independently structure, research and write content across multiple media (email, websites,
social media, marketing white papers, blogs, etc)
• Translate complex and technical information into easy to understand content
• Proofread and copyedit your own copy and that of others to ensure proper grammar,
punctuation, voice, and tone
• Support and collaborate on the creation of content strategies and editorial calendars
• Coordinate and manage external authors when needed
• Keep informed of crypto and blockchain industry and become a subject matter expert

WHAT WE’RE LO O KING FO R

• At least 2-3 years of writing experience

• Experienced writers with background and knowledge in Personal Finance / Investment /
Blockchain / Crypto will be given priority
• Detailed oriented, organised and efficient
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Agency-side or Brand-side exposure is a plus
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Location is based in KL. Currently WFH.

REPORTING TO HEAD OF MARKETING

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, plan & implement community management strategies
• Organise various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow followings with the aim
of increasing sustainable participation in the platform’s services
• Search, identify & establish collaborative relationships with user base, influencers and
opinion leaders to enhance referral and affiliate program
• Conduct and coordinate events/webinars
• Be on top of and translate the community chatter into actionable insights
• Define measurable KPIs and be able to prepare quality reports
• Keep informed of crypto and blockchain industry and become a subject matter expert

WHAT WE’RE LO O KING FO R

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Self starter with outgoing personality
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, excellent follow through and good project management
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity, knowledge and a personal interest in Blockchain / Crypto / Digital Asset highly
preferred.
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Location is based in KL. Currently WFH.
