HCI IC is very keen on creating a sustainable workmen resource pool for use at project sites
and thereby ensure the unemployed youth of our nation to become self-sufficient with
adequate knowledge and skills.
As a firm step towards this goal, K.R.R. Chandran – Head Corporate Services, has triggered
an initiative, to skill train rural youths from remote locations of Madhya Pradesh.

proposed training model scheduled for a month, from 22 November 2021 in CII – Chhindwara.
With this initiative, under CSTI- Jadcherla two Skills training Center Chhindwara (M.P) &
Najibabad (U.P) are now operational and two more Skill Centres, one in Seoni District (M.P)
and another one in Ranchi (JH) are in finalization stage. This will help to source more rural
youth for training and make them employable, striving towards “Skill India.”
