Once the butter melts and starts to get hot, add the garlic. Continue to cook between low to medium heat until the garlic starts to turn light brown. Add the squid shrimp and crabs (talangka) and put the Oyster Sause and corn, Stir fry for 5 minutes. Sprinkle some spring onion and squeeze some lemon. Add salt and pepper to add taste and flavor. Transfer to a serving plate/bowl. Serve. Share and enjoy!
