I think I had a lot of shortcomings and one of them that is maybe I am a disorganized person, get easily

tired, get easily angry, a little bit shy less confident sometimes too emotional and worry a lot. So the
step I would like to improve myself is to be more confident being myself all the time. Because when you
have confidence you can easily get along with everyone. Self-confidence means trusting in your own
judgment, capacities, and abilities.  It's about valuing yourself and feeling worthy, regardless of any
imperfections or what others may believe about you. Self-efficacy and self-esteem are often used
interchangeably with self-confidence. About being a disorganized person maybe I should have a smart
goal. Writing down my plans make a schedule and deadline and don't procrastinate.  It is important to
be an organized person because it can increase your productivity. By keeping organized, you will save
time looking for things and will have more time to work on important tasks. Get easily tired. Sometimes I
got easily tired of many things so I think I will Control my stress. Stress-induced emotions consume huge
amounts of energy. Maybe do some exercise and a healthy balanced diet.   

    Sometimes I am sensitive and cry a lot maybe I am stressed or I'm having anxiety that leads to worry
so deeply. I can't control my emotions that sometimes makes me feel weak. My solutions or steps to
make me better or improve myself. Take a look at the impact of my emotions. Taking a moment to
check my mood can help me begin gaining back control. Keep a mood journal.

Writing down (or typing up) my feelings and the responses they trigger can help me uncover any
disruptive patterns. Sometimes, it’s enough to mentally trace emotions back through your thoughts.
Putting feelings onto paper can allow you to reflect on them more deeply. It also helps me recognize
when specific circumstances, like trouble at work or family conflict, contribute to harder-to-control
emotions. Identifying specific triggers makes it possible to come up with ways to manage them more
productively. Journaling provides the most benefit when you do it daily. Keep your journal with you and
jot down intense emotions or feelings as they happen. Try to note the triggers and your reaction. If your
reaction didn’t help, use your journal to explore more helpful possibilities for the future. 
And also in order for me to improve myself, I should be happy and take all my worries .always be
grateful do kind to others.
