PATHWAY
During times that I am scrolling through
my phone, I will check to see if there
are any new posts on the Instagram
account I am following. Also, I can watch
the YouTube videos on the channel I am
watching. I plan on checking the blog
weekly for new posts. The Coursera
course will be done during one of my
school breaks.

INTERNALIZING
An online journal on my Google drive will
be made where I will keep any resources
that I found useful. I will also write
down any findings that I want to share
with my colleagues. I also will note on
the success and/or changes needed
after implementing what I have learned
on students.

DISSEMINATING
I will share what I learned with my
teaching team. I am an ESL teacher so I
will share it with the other ESL teachers
in the region and we can even start
collaborating on how each of us can
integrate technology into our classes,
despite teaching different grades.

I also meet with administrators and

kindergarten teachers at the two "Meeting with the other creatives" by
schools I work at monthly. I will be able marksdk is licensed under CC BY-SA 2.0
to share opportunities where
technology can be integrated that can
specifically help the ELs in the
classroom.
