Phase-1
Step -1:
Cleaning of the site
Note:
Any old material (wooden planks, ventilator louvers, clay tiles etc.) found should
not be thrown and kept safe.
Any traces of the original work should be left intact without any damage.
Action: by the contractor’s team under the supervision of any INTACH member
Step-2:
Action-1: students and Interns for the documentation under the supervision of a
Conservation Architect
Conservation Architect to first take a session of all the interns to make them acquainted
with all the necessary steps involved in the documentation and the process of
documentation.
Action-2: Concerned department to provide the basic tools and stationaries for
documentation (separate list in annexure-1)
Step-3
Action-2: The concern body (INTACH) to mediate with government bodies to get the
issues resolved
Step-4:
Note: The concerned team of contractor and labor must be well equipped with the
conservation work in lime
Step-1: Zoning
Action-1: All the concerned people’s approval for the zoning (INTACH and any team of
architects)
Step-2:
Manpower:
A contractor team competent enough for providing the engineers with good structural
knowledge of the building.
A team of interns or students for the documentation process (10 students).
Necessity approvals from the government officials.
