without damaging the quality of it.

 In this case I study about the residential buildings area. Value engineering is applied to a
2160.05 sq ft . The information collected in the first phase of the study

 The cost of the building is Rs 1519260 Rupees before the apply of value engineering .
 when VE Analysis the sub , super structure, and roof section .
 VE found finishing works in super structure consume more cost.

 When VE are applied on residential building then, it concluded that
80% of cost for finishing works are uses for enhance apperance .
 The ideas of VE are examined again and the values of building is
improved by following ideas
1. Five wooden doors and windows are replaced by UPVC.
2. By tiling the windowsills, cleaning is made easier.
3. By using gypsum plaster, it requires a less wastage of time, labour
and material ,
4. It is saving time process, thus project cost is decreases. And it is
cheaper as a result cost is less .
