SUPERVISORY PROGRAM

The supervisory program is designed to guide teachers in performing their duties and functions and develop the competencies required to achieve the department's instructional goals. Faculty
members who are appropriately and adequately monitored and guided attain to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Objectives: 
1. Enhance the quality of classroom instruction through regular monitoring and observation.
2. Provide technical assistance to teachers when needed.
3. Strengthen teachers' ability to work together harmoniously for the good of the school community, particularly the students.
4. Implement programs to help increase the level of student academic achievement.
5. Assist the students in achieving a better quality of life through the provision of the needed knowledge, skills, values, attitudes, and resources
