articulates developmental progression as teachers develop, refine their practice and respond to the complexities of educational reforms. We as an aspirant in
teaching profession we are in a verge of continues learning not just based on the change of educational standards but also in the means of community
development and bargain leveling of wide world knowledge on each era of development. By PPST we are guided to what are the steps to be done as to
achieve the teaching professional state.
