Problem definition

We are manufacturer of construction related, agriculture related and cleaning related

machineries. Now we develop new machine for cleaning purpose for that we required the
machine which cleaning component can be rotate in 1800 among the system and cleaning brush
is rotate continuously which driven by output shaft of coupling. For privacy purpose we cannot
explain the total details about that machine.

The universal coupling which can be useful for that system but it cannot rotate the
component at 1800 so that coupling is not helpful.

LITERATURE SURVEY

Name: - Gearless Mechanism in Right Angle

Author :- Atish Patil, Vinay Jadhav

The component is exceptionally valuable for cornering or transmitting movements

at right points. However in certain mechanical application Gearless Transmission
at Right Angle can likewise work at insensitive or exact edge plane can be
contrasted with worm and worm rigging or slant and pinion gear which are
constantly utilized as a part of the business for various application. Similarly high
proficiency between the info and the yield power shafts as to the rigging
efficiencies.

During working on experimental setup and after a long discussion it is

observed that proposed arrangement used for any set of diameters with any profile
of shafts for skew shafts of any angle but the shaft’s must be having the rotational
motion about his own axis, transmission of motion is very smooth and desirable
and used only for the equal R.P.M. of driving shaft and driven shaft by employing
links or given type of links for appropriate joints for revolute pair.
Name: Optimal synthesis of adjustable planar four-bar crank-rocker
typemechanisms for approximate multi-path generation

Author: Chanekar Prasad Vilas and Ashitava Ghosal

This paper deals with an optimization based method for synthesis of

adjustable planar four bar crank-rocker mechanisms. For multiple different and
desired paths to be traced by a point on the coupler, a two stage method first
determines the parameters of the possible driving dyads. Then the remaining
mechanism parameters are determined in the second stage where a least-squares
based circle-fitting procedure is used. Compared to existing formulations, the
optimization method uses less number of design variables. Two numerical
examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed synthesis method.

The goal of this section is to introduce the basic terminology and notation used for
describing, designing and analyzing mechanisms and robots. The scope of this
discussion will be limited, for the most part, to mechanisms with planar geometry
it will use the term mechanical system to describe a system or a collection of rigid
or flexible bodies that may be connected together by joints. A mechanism is a
mechanical system that has the main purpose of transferring motion and/or forces
from one or more sources to one or more outputs. The rigid bodies are called links.
A linkage is a mechanical system consisting of links connected by either pin joints
(also called revolute joints) or sliding joints (also called prismatic joints). In this
section, we will also briefly consider mechanical systems with other types of joints
