Sub: Instructions for the Second Assessment
From : 14TH to 29th October 2021

Dear Parents,
Greetings & Good Wishes!

Kindly note that we will be conducting the First Assessment for our
students of class XI from 14th to 29th October 2021. Please refer to the
following instructions regarding the same.

1. Please refer to the Assessment Time-Table and portion which is

uploaded on TBS. This is NOT an MCQ assessment. Question papers
will be set in accordance with the pattern prescribed by the ISC
Council.
2. The papers of all subjects have to be attempted on the answer scripts
provided by the school.
3. Please ensure that correct answer scripts are used as per the timetable
(see the date given on the answer scripts)
4. Only one parent should report to the school (stilt area of Building 4) on
9th October 2021 to collect the blank answer scripts at staggered

timings as per the schedule attached herewith. (Parents are requested
to carry their own pen for precautionary reasons)
5. The question paper as a PDF attachment will be posted in the Subject
Channel when the reading time starts.
6. Students should log in 15 minutes before the Reading Time and
should be in proper school uniform.
7. Microphones should be muted and cameras switched on during the
assessment and students should not have on their headphones or ear
plugs once the assessment begins.
8. After the completion of the paper, answer scripts have to be scanned
as one pdf file and uploaded in the form whose link will be posted in
the subject channel which will be active only for the time mentioned in
the given time-table.

9. The scanning of the answer scripts may be done by using any

scanning App (eg. Microsoft office lens and Adobe scan apps)

10. After the paper has been uploaded, No changes are to be made in the
hard copy of the answer scripts. If changes are made after uploading,
then that /those answers will not be assessed and marked.

11. Only one parent should come to the school to submit the answer
scripts on the date/day as per staggered timings mentioned below.
