come in “what are some of our favorite and least favorite exercises?”. Students are sharing
out their answers and participate in a class discussion about how our body feels when we
work out.

Between each type of fermentation we will go over what the students put for the blanks and

with answering three major questions “Why did you choose the ratio you did?”, “How does
fermentation allow our bread to rise?”, “Why did you choose the name you did?”.
