As and Like
We use like to mean similar to, When we compare two nouns.
Eg. People like Liam like the big issue....

We use as to talk about a job or a function.


Eg. Being trained as baristas, work as a team.

We use as in certain phrases.


Eg. As everyone in a city knows...
Liam sees this as...

We use like and such as to give examples.


Eg. Skills like/such as dealing with Money.

Note: Notice the position and use of alike


It benefits the suppliers and homeless alike.

Exercises
1- In which pair do the sentences have the same meaning? In which
do They have a different meaning?
