a. Explain the concepts of communication and its process
b. Apply ways to generate information
c. Recognize the importance of workplace interactions and protocols based on
organization and industry standards

information between employees in a

There’s 2 types of communication
Verbal and non-verbal. What do you
mean by verbal Princess? Sir verbal is communication using words.

with others using body symbols, sign language
