V. ASSIGNMENT
For your assignment, group yourselves into four groups with five members each. Construct a
role play wherein you should be able to demonstrate the five language functions that we use in
communicating with other people, as well as the use of modal verbs. It could be about anything.
The role-play will be graded based on the rubric below, and you will perform it at our next
meeting, which is five days from now.
