INVITATION TO TENDER FOR GEOSPATIAL MARKET AND MANPOWER

STUDY

1 We, _________________________ (Name(s) in Block Letters) hereby offer

and undertake on your acceptance of this Tender to provide and complete all the
services and works as specified in the Requirement Specifications in Part 3 of your
Invitation to Tender, in accordance with our attached Tenderer’s proposal for such
services and works and all terms and conditions in your Invitation to Tender, at the
Tender Price offered for them as set out in our Tender on GeBIZ.

2 Our Tender (including our attached Tenderer’s proposal) is fully consistent

with and does not contradict or derogate from anything in the Instructions to
Tenderers (in Part 1) and the Conditions of Contract (in Part 2) of your Invitation to
Tender, or downgrade anything in the Requirement Specifications in Part 3 of your
Invitation to Tender. You are entitled to reject our Tender if it is inconsistent with, or
contradicts or derogates from anything in Parts 1 and 2 of your Invitation to Tender,
or downgrades anything in Part 3 of your Invitation to Tender.

3 We undertake that we shall, when required by you, execute a formal

agreement in the appropriate form incorporating the Conditions of Contract and the
Requirement Specifications set out in your Invitation to Tender together with such
further terms and conditions, if any, agreed upon between us. Until the said
agreement is executed, this offer together with your written acceptance thereof, shall
constitute a binding agreement between us.

4 Our Tender is valid for ninety (90) days (inclusive of public holidays)
commencing on the closing date and time specified in your Invitation to Tender.

5 We agree that as and when requested by you, we shall extend the validity of
our Tender for one or more periods not exceeding in total ninety (90) days
(inclusive of public holidays).

6 We further undertake to give you any further information which you may
require and forward all original documents for the purpose of verification when called
upon to do so.

7 We warrant, represent and declare that we are duly authorised to submit, sign
this Form of Tender and (where applicable) any other Submission Documents (as
defined in the Instructions to Tenderers), receive instructions, give any information,
accept any contract and act for and on behalf of _________________1.

8 We have read and fully understand your Personal Data Notice available at
http;//www.sla.gov.sg/Services.aspx and by submitting this form to you, we hereby
agree and consent to all the terms and conditions stipulated in the said Notice.

9 All capitalised terms used in this Form of Tender which have not been
specifically defined in this Form of Tender shall have the same meaning as ascribed
to them in the Conditions of Contract in Part 2 of your Invitation to Tender.

NOTE:
(1) This Form duly completed MUST accompany every tender submission. Any change
to its wording may render the tender liable to DISQUALIFICATION.

(2) No handwritten signature or company stamp is required for documents submitted

through GeBIZ. The Singapore Land Authority shall be entitled to rely on the use
or entry of the prescribed Authentication Device (as defined in the Terms and
Conditions For Use Of The Government Electronic Business) by the Tenderer or
its representative(s) as the authorised signature of the Tenderer, as conclusive
evidence of the authenticity of the submitted document and the authority of the
originator of the submitted document.

1 Insert the name of the Tenderer if it is a firm, company, limited liability partnership. If the
Tenderer is a consortium, insert the names of each and every member of the consortium. If the
tender is submitted by a consortium, the tender shall be submitted by the Lead Member on behalf
of all members of the consortium. Each member of the consortium shall be listed. For example,
"... for and on behalf of (Name of 1st member), (Name of 2nd member) and (etc - List names of
remaining members) ...".
