A. Interaction with the Workmen (To be filled by the concerned person)’

I) Brief about on-going Operations

During the visit it was found that the materials are stored differently in separate
stores such as Mechanical store, Electrical store, General/civil store, Printing and
stationary store. HEMM stores & scarps item are stacked at backside of the store.

II) Understanding of the Workmen on Safety

During the visit it is found that the staffs are aware about the current COVID-19
situation and are following the safety precautions. Storekeepers have stored the
materials in proper racking system. No falling objects were seen in different store
racks and there were enough space for workmen to handle the goods during
storage and unloading.

III) Safety Briefing Provided to Workmen

1. Maintaining cleanliness

2. Use of blocking materials for managing loads safely

3. Follow safety procedures for handling the materials during

loading and unloading.

4. Use of fire extinguishers
